IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulations may be enforced: Motorized water sports may be banned; Non-motorized water sports may be limited or banned; Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol to nonnative people during the ban); Music may be limited or silenced
Please note: when booking a Family Room, the minimum occupancy for this room is 3 Adults.
Please be advised the Iberostar Punta Cana will be undergoing a full renovation of the lobby area during the months of September and October 2015. As a result, the hotel will close for operations during that time.
During the months of March and April, one parent or chaperon of at least 25 years if age will be required per room for check-in. In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
Iberostar has advised the Iberostar Bavaro Golf Club will be going through a process of green aerating. During this time only 9 hold will be available to play, but guests will be able to play the greens twice to complete 18 holes. Please be advised dates and times are subject to change without prior notification from the hotel.
