IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The Dominican Republic imposes various restrictions each year for Easter. They usually begin the Thursday prior to Good Friday and run a few days past Easter Sunday. The following regulation may be enforced: Motorized water sports may be banned; Non-motorized water sports may limited or banned; Alcohol consumption may be restricted (most resorts get a permit enabling them to serve alcohol to nonnative people during the ban); Music may be limited or silenced.

Please note: When booking a Family Room, the minimum occupancy for this room is 3 adults and 1 child (12 and under). This hotel will not honor bookings if this minimum is not met.

During the months of March and April, on parent or chaperon of at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guest without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.

Iberostar has advised the Iberostar Bavaro Gold Club will be going through a process fo green aerating. During this time only 9 holes will be available to play, but guests will be able to play the greens twice to complete the 18 holes. Please be advised dates and times are subject to change without prior notification from the hotel.
