Since Seabourn was launched 10 years ago, the average passenger rating for Seabourn cuisine-on a scale of I to 10-is 9.5. Such a number is unprecedented in cruising; in fact most other cruise lines would be pleased with a much lower rating. But, just as a sous chef keeps stirring the sauce, we never stop looking for ways to m the Seabourn dining experience better still.

Relax, this could take days. Seabourn created the concept of dining "when you please, with whom you please" (a concept few other cruise lines can either promise or deliver). Now we add "where you please." Count the places you may enjoy the most highly regarded cuisine at sea: The Veranda Cafe serves breakfast and lunch, indoors or out. And casual theme and bistro dinners too, from exotic Far Eastern feasts to romantic Italian dinners. Frequently at the Sky Grill you'll enjoy an alfresco lunch grilled and served on deck. 
Or a sumptuous, regionally inspired dinner served under the stars. Sometimes we'll take out Seabourn style: a "catered" barbecue on the beach, served on fine china and crystal. Don't feel like dressing for dinner? Don your bathrobe and tippers, tuck in your napkin and savor selections from the dinner menu, served in your suite, main course during evening dining hours.
