    Hotel Advisories

  • Iberostar Cozumel is undergoing the following renovations: Main Lobby - due to and urgent structural necessity; The foundation of the lobby will be completely reinforces; Staircases to the majority of the buildings will be replaced; A la carte restaurants, Rock Star Cafe (American Cafe) will become a Tex Mex restaurant and El Sarape (Mexican) will become and Oriental Restaurant. Due to these extensive renovations, Iberostar Cozumel is closed for this renovation period.

  • Please note: When booking a Family Room, the minimum occupancy for this category is 3 adults + 1 child or 3 adults + 1 junior.

  • During the months of March and April, one parent or chaperon of at least 25 years of age will be required per room for check-in. In the event that any guests engage in inappropriate behavior, disrespecting Hotel Staff and/or other guests or causing physical damages to the facilities, the Hotel Management reserves the right to expel the said guests without reimbursement or refund of the remaining nights.
