The Arizona Kitchen - The exhibition-style kitchen and mesquite grill are the focal points in a dining room with a fireplace, candlelit dining, timbered ceiling, and art by Arizonans. Gourmet fare with Southwest accents is served for dinner. A signature dish is the Grilled Buffalo with Cabernet Vanilla Bean Chile Sauce and Sweet Potato Pudding.
