Cancellations made from time of deposit to 15 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalites. Valid June 15, 2007 - November 15, 2007.
Cancellations made from 14 days or less prior to arrival incur a FULL stay penalty and loss of all monies and applicable product penalties. Valid June 15, 2007 - November 15, 2007.
Cancellations made from time of deposit to 31days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalites. Valid November 16, 2007 - April 13, 2008.
Cancellations made from 30 days or less prior to arrival incur a FULL stay penalty and loss of all monies and applicable product penalties. Valid November 16, 2007 - April 13, 2008.
Early departures and no shows incur FULL stay penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties.
No Snow Policy: If less than 30 percent of the runs at Northstar at Tahoe are operational, guests may receive a full refund. Northstar must be notified at least 48 hours prior to arrival.
Length-of-Stay Policy:
2 night minimum stay required: October 31, 2007 - November 15, 2007.
3 night minimum stay required: June 15, 2007 - October 30, 2007, November 16, 2007 - December 19, 2007, January 3, 2008 - February 14, 2008, March 30, 2008 - April 14, 2008.
4 night minimum stay required: February 24, 2008 - March 29, 2008.
5 night minimum stay required: December 20, 2007 - January 2, 2008, February 15, 2008 - February 23, 2008.
A major credit card or cash deposit and photo I.D. is required upon check-in to cover phone and incidental charges.
Guests attending a convention may not use this package for their stay. If found attending a convention, guests may be charged directly by the hotel.
