Special Inclusions

• The hotel offers a program called Stay at One Play at All. Guests staying at any of the following Allegro/Occidental Resorts located in the Yucatan including: Caribbean Village Cancun and Allegro Cozumel by Occidental are able to use the facilities of the other hotels. The clients must notify the Guest Services manager at the hotel they are staying at one day prior to visiting another resort. Clients are also responsible for all transportation and expenses between resorts. Other restrictions may apply.
