Cancellations made inside of 35 days prior to arrival incur a FULL Stay penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties. Valid November 9, 2007-December 23, 2007, January 6, 2008-April 20, 2008.
Cancellations made inside of 60 days prior to arrival incur a FULL Stay penalty plus tax and applicable product penalties. Valid December 24, 2007-January 5, 2008.
No shows and early departures incur FULL penalties plus tax.
No Snow Policy - Same as above cancel policy.

4 nights: December 13, 2007 - December 23, 2007, January 6, 2008 - January 19, 2008, February 1, 2008 - February 12, 2008, February 19, 2008 - March 6, 2008, March 23, 2008 - March 29, 2008.
5 nights: November 19, 2007 - November 24, 2007, December 24, 2007 - January 5, 2008, February 13, 2008 - February 18, 2008, March 7, 2008 - March 22, 2008.

For guests arriving after regular business hours, there is a late arrival lock box on the right side of the front door, at 322B North Main Street. To unlock, press C-1-0-0-9-key button You will see a green light. Pull the door open when a click is heard. Inside you will find a packet with your name on it. Please contact the office the following day to complete check-in.
