Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to arrival, no shows, or early departures from the hotel incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (now through April 17, 2004)
Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival, no shows, or early departures from the hotel incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (April 18, 2004 - December 18, 2004)
Cancellations made inside of 21 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 19, 2004 - January 01, 2005)
Early departures from the hotel incur remaining stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 19, 2004 - January 01, 2005)
