  • A refundable $200 cash deposit per room is required at time of check in.
  • Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
  • Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
  • Students are required to bring a letter from their parents stating that the parents agree to take full responsibility for their child's actions.
  • At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in, and adults can not exceed maximum adults in a room.
