• Bella Vista and La Terraza Restaurants: serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner a la carte.
• Salvador's: Gourmet dining nightly. Reservations are required. Long pants are required for men.
• The Snack Bar: open in the pool area (omelet bar and hot snacks)
• Paradise: Gourmet style resturant on the 2nd floor-- Serving dinner, reservations are required and a dress code is enforced.
• The Breeze: Full service bar and snacks on the beach (continental breakfast with coffee, tea and juice. Sandwich deli for lunch. Sushi bar for the evening)

Some restaurants may only operate on select schedules. Some restaurants may require reservations and expect appropriate dress. Consult the hotel upon arrival for hours of operation, reservation policies and dress codes.

• Cancellations made inside of 1 day prior to arrival incur a 1 night penatly plus applicable product penalties (April 18, 2004-July 10, 2004) (August 22, 2004-December 18, 2004)
• No shows incur a 2 night penalty plus applicable product penalties. (January 04, 2004-April 17, 2004) (July 07, 2004-August 21, 2004)
• No shows incur a 1 night penalty plus applicable product penalties. (April 18, 2004-July 10, 2004) (August 22, 2004-December 18, 2004)
