• Bedding - 1 king and a sofa bed or 2 queen beds
• Occupancy limits - 3 adults, 2 children, 4 total
• Maximum of 2 children through the age of 12 stay free in existing bedding with at least 2 adults.
• Room description - all luxury junior suites with terrace or balcony. All rooms are marina view with marble baths, tub and shower, minifridge, direct dial telephone, in room safe, satellite television, and air conditioning with ceiling fan.

• Hotel has 9 non-smoking rooms based on availability

Handicapped Rooms

• Hotel offers 1 handicapped accessible room, available upon request only.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made inside of 2 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Now-December 21, 2004)

Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.

Hotel Spring Break Policy

• Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
• A $100 refundable cash deposit per room is required at time of check in.
• Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
• Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
• At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in.

Room Taxes

• Included in vacation price.
