Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival, or no shows, incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 23, 2008 - January 3, 2009) (December 23, 2009- January 2, 2010)
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid through December 22, 2008) (January 4, 2009- December 22, 2009)
*No shows will incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties.
Length-of-Stay-Policy
Minimum night stay: 3 nights (December 23, 2009- December 31, 2009)
Hotel Deposit Requirements:
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.
Hotel Spring Break Policy:
Hotel will accept individual student bookings all year.
A refundable $200 per person or credit card deposit is required at time of check in.
