Hotel Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a FULL STAY penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 23, 2008 - January 3, 2009) (December 23, 2009- January 2, 2010)
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid through December 22, 2008) (January 4, 2009- December 22, 2009)

Wedding Services: 2007 AND 2008 GRAND WEDDING PACKAGES
When reserving a minimum of 12 rooms in the Royal Club for 4 nights at Occidental Grand Punta Cana, we offer a complimentary wedding package which includes:
Wedding coordinator service
Ceremony and judge services
Bridal bouquet
Groom boutonniere
Domestic Champagne Toast during the ceremony (for up to 24 people)

Photographer and 10 photographs (no negatives)

Requirements to get married in Dominican Republic
Two witnesses that are not related to Bride or Groom (Foreign witnesses must have valid passport). Hotel can provide witnesses if necessary.
Original birthcertificates and bring or send two photo copies.
Valid Passports and bring or send two photo copies of the main page.
Statutory declarations of single status legalized bu the Consulate of the Dominican Republic and bring or send two photo copies.
Divorce certificate or death certificate (if applicable). Bring original or notarized photocopy and two simple photo copies. In both cases a minimum waiting period of ten months applies before you can remarry.
Adoption Certificate (Only for adopted individuals) translated into spanish.
Certificate confirming change of name (only for individuals in this particular situation) translated into spanish.
The Honorary Consulate of the Dominican Republic has to translate and legalize Statutory declaration of single status and Divirce certificates. Please contact Consulate of the Dominican Republic for all information regarding your marriage, before your arrival to the resort. |
