Hotel Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a 2 night penalty plus applicable product penalties. (September 1, 2007 - November 21, 2007) (November 29, 2007 - December 22, 2007)
*Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a 2 night penalty plus applicable product penalties. (November 22, 2007 - November 28, 2007)
*Cancellations made inside of 72 days prior to arrival or no shows incur a 2 night penalty plus applicable product penalties. (December 23, 2007- December 23, 2008)
Student/ Youth Policy
*Deposit of $300 USD and refundable upon check- out if no damages on property.
*Minimum check in age is 18. Any hotel guests under the age of 18 will require a chaperone that is a minimum age of 25.
*Studen/ Youth are considered by the hotel as an yperseon between 18-24 years of age.
