Hotel Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (January 4, 2009- April 30, 2009) (July 1, 2009- Agust 31, 2009)
*Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (May 1, 2009- June 30, 2009) (September 1, 2009- December 23, 2009)
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (January 2, 2008- December 19, 2008)
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 20, 2008- January 3, 2009)

Hotel Spring Break Policy
Hotel will accept individual and student group bookings.
A refundable deposit of $200 per person and credit card are required at time of check in.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
Guests may be required to sign an agreement/list of rules at check in.
At least one person per room must satisfy the minimum age requirement for check in for individual student bookings.
At least one adult for every 20 students is required for student group bookings.
