Cancellations made on or after November 23, 2008 incur a FULL LENGTH OF STAY penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties (Dec 23, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009)
No shows incur a 2 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties.
