Cancels inside of 30 days incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 22, 2008 - Jan 4, 2009)
Cancels inside of 30 days incur a 2 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 22, 2009 - Jan 4, 2010)
No shows incur the same penalty as cancellations.
