Cancellations made inside of 10 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (January 1, 2009 - April 18, 2009)
Cancellations made inside of 5 days prior to arrival incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (April 8 2008 - December 22, 2008) (April 19, 2009 - December 22, 2009)
Cancellations made on or after November 15, 2008 will incur a Full Stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 23, 2008 - December 31, 2008)
No shows and early departures incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties.

Spring Break Policy
At least one guest staying in each room must be 18 years old or older.
The person whose name is on the reservation MUST be present at check in. persons staying in the room must be registered in the resort and are required to wear armbands. Lost armbands will result in a $100 US charge.
The Sunset Resorts Group charges a security deposit of $300 per room for young adult accommodations. We will accept a credit card imprint but may also require a cash deposit. If there are no damages to your room, it will be returned to you at check out. If after check-in you find damage to your room, report it immediately to the front desk or you could be charged for damage you did not cause. Inspections of your room will be conducted by management prior to your departure from the resort.
A credit card or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidental charges.
Clients attending a convention at Sunset Jamaica Grande Resort cannot use this package for their stay.

The Grande Palm - A buffet-style, open air restaurant overlooking the fantasy pool's meandering river and waterfalls, or the sparkling Caribbean ocean.
Ginger Lily - Reservations are required for this Asian cuisine infused with Caribbean flavor.
LaDiva Italian Restaurant - Classically prepared Italian cuisine in an elegant setting. Reservations are required.
Jamalicious - Serving island and American favorites, this casual bistro has both indoor and outdoor seating.
South Beach Bar and Grill and Lighthouse Bar and Grill - Sandwiches and grilled favorites and Jamaican Jerk specialties, plus Red Strip Beer, tropical rum drinks, fruit juices and soft drinks.
Dining at South Beach Restaurant - Inspired Caribbean/New American fusion dishes are on offer in a lovely al fresco atmosphere. Reservations required. Dinner only. Casual elegance.
Specialty restaurants which require reservations also have dress code requiring dressy resort wear, long pants for men required at LaDiva & Ginger Lily.
