Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a $750 penalty and applicable product penalties.
No shows will incur a $1500 penalty and applicable product penalties.
Early departures will incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (March 27, 2008 - March 19, 2009) (April 17, 2009 - December 18, 2009)
Minimum stay: 6 nights (March 20, 2009 - April 16, 2009) (December 19, 2009 - December 31, 2009)
For travel December 21, 2008 - December 31, 2008 a non-refundable deposit of $800 is due by May 1, 2008. For booking made after May 1, 2008, a non-refundable deposit of $800 is due within 7 days. A non-refundable final payment is due by September 1, 2008. Bookings made September 2, 2008 and onward, will require full non-refundable payment within 7 days
