Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a $750 penalty and applicable product penalties.
No shows will incur a $1500 penalty and applicable product penalties.
Early departures will incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties.
Minimum stay: 3 nights (September 1, 2008 - October 31, 2008) (January 1, 2009 - March 19, 2009) (April 17, 2009 - December 18, 2009)
Minimum stay: 4 nights (March 30, 2008 - August 31, 2008) (November 1, 2008 - December 18, 2008)

For travel December 21, 2008 - December 31, 2008, a non refundable deposit of $800 is due within 7 days of booking. A non refundable full pament is due by September 5, 2008. Bookings made on or after September 5, 2008 will require full payment at time of booking.
For travel December 19, 2009 - December 31, 2009 a non-refundable deposit of $800 is due by May 4, 2009. For booking made after May 5, 2009, a non-refundable deposit of $800 is due within 7 days. A non-refundable final payment is due by September 1, 2009. Bookings made September 1, 2009 and onward, will require full non-refundable payment within 7 days.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required at check in for incidental charges.

The Seville - This elegant, Georgian-styled restaurant is located on the second story of the central facility. With panoramic views overlooking the main pool and beach area, this specialty restaurant serves authentic Caribbean cuisine with white-gloved service. Adults only. Reservations Required.
Teppanyaki Restaurant - Guests can savor a taste of the Orient with Japanese cuisine prepared at Teppanyaki tables. Reservations Required.
Cafe Carnival - Italian favorites in an open-air setting with full service pasta bar which also serves brick-oven pizza.
