Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a $300.00 per room penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid now through December 31, 2008)
Cancellations made inside of 7 days prior to arrival will incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009)
No shows will incur a $500.00 per room penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid now through December 31, 2008)
No shows will incur a Full Stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (January 1, 2009 - December 31, 2009)
No shows will incur a $300.00 per room penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid January 1, 2008 - December 31, 2008 for Funway International reservations only).

Spring Break Policies:
Groups must have resorts approval before confirmation. A $250 security deposit is required for guests under the age of 21. This security deposit will be collected at time of check in. Quad occupancy is not available. The minimum age is 18 years old for the period of March 1, 2008 - May 30, 2008 unless otherwise accompanied by an adult of 21 years of age and older. See Check in/Check Out Information for standard age requirements for all other dates.
A credit card imprint or cash deposit may be required at check-in for incidentals.
