Cancellations made on or after Dec 1, 2008 will incur a 2 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 20, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009)(Dec 20, 2009 - Dec 24, 2009)
No shows incur the same penalty as cancellations.
Early departures incur a penalty of 50 percent of retail price and applicable product penalties.
Name changes are not permitted. Reservation must be cancelled (all cancellation penalties apply) and a new reservation must be made.
