Cancellations made 3 or fewer days to arrival will incur a 1 night penalty.

Cancellations made 30 days to arrival will incur a 3 night penalty.
(Dec 22, 2007 - Jan 4, 2008)(Dec 22, 2008 - Jan 9, 2009)
No show policy same as cancellation penalty.
Holiday cancel penalty applies when any portion of reservation falls under the holiday period, including all stay-throughs.
Japan POS Cancellation Policy
