Hotel Cancellation Policy Cancellations made inside of 21 days prior to arrival will incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Jan 3, 2008 - Feb 7, 2008)(Apr 6, 2008 - Jul 31, 2008)(Aug 25, 2008 - Nov 20, 2008)(Dec 1, 2008 - Dec 18, 2008) Cancellations made inside of 28 days prior to arrival will incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Feb 8, 2008 - Apr 5, 2008)(Aug 2, 2008 - Aug 24, 2008) Cancellations made inside of 49 days prior to arrival will incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Nov 21, 2008 - Nov 30, 2008) No shows incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. Early check-outs incur a 1 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. Any reduction in room nights, or a complete date change after cancellation cut-off period will incur up to a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. Name changes must be approved by hotel and will require a new booking. No changes allowed within cancellation penalty period.
