Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Jan 04, 2007 - Dec 19, 2007)(Jan 05, 2008 - Dec 21, 2008).
Cancellations made inside of 61 days incur FULL length of stay penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 20, 2007 - Jan 03, 2008)(Dec 22, 2008 - Jan 03, 2009).
Early check-outs incur 1 night penalty, plus tax, and applicable product penalties.
No shows incur same penalty as cancellation.
