(Jan 04, 2008 - Dec 25, 2008) (Jan 04, 2009 - Dec 19, 2009) Cancellations made on or after Nov 1, 2008 incur a two night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec 26, 2008 - Jan 3, 2009) No shows incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec 26, 2007 - Jan 03, 2008) Early departures incur a minimum of a one night penalty plus applicable product penalties. HOLIDAY CANCEL PENALTY APPLIES WHEN ANY PORTION OF RESERVATION FALLS UNDER HOLIDAY PERIOD, INCLUDING ALL STAY-THROUGHS. JAPAN Cancellations made within 10 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penatlies. (Apr 1, 2008 - Oct 31, 2008) No show penalty is the same as cancel penalty. Early departures will incur a 1 night penalty plus tax Consumer Law issues for all settlements must be reviewed with the hotel prior to guest check-out. IMPORTANT SMOKING POLICY 80 percent of rooms are non-smoking. The hotel will assess a $200 reconditioning fee to a guest if a non-smoking room is found to have been compromised. This fee is to cover the cost of deep cleaning required to restore the room back to its non-smoking condition. The non-smoking ordinance will apply to all designated guest rooms, including balconies, restaurants, lounges, lobby, pools, public areas and meeting rooms. Each property may have a designated smoking area for guests who smoke, which is in accordance with the new regulations. These conditions are subject to change.
