Cancellations inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Apr 1, 2007 - Dec 21, 2007)(Jan 5, 2008 - Dec 21, 2008)
Cancellations inside of 15 days prior to arrival incur a 3 night penalty, plus tax and applicable product penalties. (Dec 22, 2007 - Jan 4, 2008)(Dec 22, 2008 - Jan 4, 2009)
No shows/Early departures incur the same penalty as cancellations.
Japan POS Cancellation Policy
For Japan origins additional cancel policies apply in addition to the above listed policies:
Cancellations inside of 3 days prior to arrival incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec 6, 2007 - Dec 10, 2007)
Cancellations inside of 15 days prior to arrival incur a full stay penalty and applicable product penalties. (Dec 27, 2007 - Jan 2, 2008)
