*Cancellations made 4 - 2 days prior to arrival incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (February 1, 2008 - December 23, 2008)
*Cancellations made 1 day prior to arrival, or no shows, incur a 2 night penalty and applicable product penalties.(February 1, 2008 - December 23, 2008)
Length-of-Stay Policy:
Minimum night stay: 3 nights (February 1, 2008 - March 31, 2008)
Hotel Deposit Requirements:
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.
Hotel Spring Break Policy:
Hotel will accept individual and group student bookings all year.
A refundable credit card deposit of $200 USD is required at time of check in per person.
Any credit cards used must be issued in guest's name.
Guests may be required to sign agreement/list of rules at check in.
