Miscellaneous Information

• The hotel will organize wedding events which includes a wedding cake and a bottle of domestic champagne to celebrate. The following documents are required for the wedding event: birth certificate, divorce decree (if applicable), valid passport or drivers license (with photograph), tourist card, premarriage blood tests. These must be translated into Spanish in Cancun (marriage certificate, divorce papers). If a witness for the marriage is not available, the hotel will provide a local person. Civil registry fee and judge cost: $550 (approximately). Each room has its own double jacuzzi, air -conditioning, ceiling fan, satellite television, clock radio, CD player, mini-bar, coffee maker, electronic safety deposit box, and telephone with voice mail feature. Hair dryer, make up mirror and telephone in bathroom. Each room is supplied with bathrobes and slippers. Rollaway bedding is not available for this category.
• All rooms are in VIP area for adults only. They have a concierge and a business area with newspapers, magazine, computer, fax, e-mail available to them. They are given a special area to check in with concierge service and are given a cocktail service with canapes from 5pm-7pm daily, fruit basket, sparkling wine and flower arrangement upon arrival. Wake up service with coffee and sweet rolls at door and continental breakfast in their VIP area. Guests may enjoy the option of one privately catered gourmet meal (limit 1 per stay, consult hotel upon arrival for details and to make arrangements).
