Hotel Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival, or no shows, incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid through December 23, 2008)(January 1, 2009 - December 21, 2009)
*Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to arrival, or no shows, incur a 3 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 24, 2008 - January 3, 2008)(December 24, 2008 - December 31, 2008)

Hotel Deposit Requirements
A credit card imprint or cash deposit is required at time of check-in for telephone and incidental charges.
Hotel Spring Break Policy
All students must be 18 years of age or older
Students under 18 years of age must travel and room with a parent/legal guardian. (no exceptions)
1 chaperone (over 25 yrs old) for every 20 students.
Proof of age required. All students will be required to provide their valid passports upon check-in.
Alcohol will be served to students over 18 years of age and older only.
Legal drinking age in Mexico is 18. Hotel might ask for an I.D. at any time. Underage drinking and providing alcohol to minors is punishable by law.
Introducing alcohol to the premises or taking it out of from them is not allowed.
Tape recorders, radios and any sound devices may not be used in the rooms , building or at the pool area.
A credit card guarantee is required upon check-in to charge in the event of damage.
