Hotel Cancellation Policy
*Cancellations made inside of 3 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a 1 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (Valid through December 23, 2008) (January 04, 2009 - December 23, 2009)
*Cancellations made inside of 14 days prior to arrival or no shows, incur a 3 night penalty and applicable product penalties. (December 24, 2008 - January 3, 2009)

Students under 18 years of age must travel and room with a parent/legal guardian. (no exceptions)
