Aboard the Marco Polo, master chefs have created menus to delight the most discerning palates. In the elegant Seven Seas Restaurant you'll enjoy a nightly five-course menu of Continental and American cuisine prepared with culinary flair. Enjoy a traditional favorite like tournedos Rossini one night, and chardonnay-poached shrimp the next. Start with smoked salmon or a zucchini tardet, and end with a delicious mango strudel. From imaginative appetizers to tempting desserts, the choices are varied each evening, and there are always vegetarian and low-calorie options for the diet conscious.

For a change of pace, you can sample Oriental cuisine at Raffles, our second restaurant which is open for dinner on selected evenings. Chinese, Thai and other national specialties are featured; there is a slight additional charge for gratuities and wine. And during our Mediterranean voyages, Raffles becomes a European bistro with popular Italian fare.

For other meals your choices are just as varied. Breakfasts and lunches are served buffet-style in Raffles, or more formally in the dining room. There's traditional afternoon tea in the Palm Court. And naturally, we offer a complete list of fine wines and champagnes to complement the cuisine, with a special emphasis placed on wines from the regions we sail.
